CUISINE & SPECIALTY COCKTAILS

The MacDuff’s Restaurant is a quaint outpost where guests can enjoy food and drink under a dreamy wood-beamed terrace. It is just a short walk from the cottages and offers a peaceful space to relax and grab a bite. The front steps are lined with conch shells, the open air terrace invites the island breeze, and guests can sit back surrounded by bougainvillea and other flourishing natural beauty.

The restaurant serves up a blend of Bahamian and international cuisines with daily specials for lunch and dinner, such as conch fritters, seasoned and grilled jumbo shrimp with mango salsa, and our Smothered Norman’s Cay Grouper — grilled, blackened, or fried grouper in a tomato-based stew infused with spices and served with fried plantains, coleslaw, rice and peas.

The bartenders at MacDuff’s are on-hand to mix some cool cocktail favorites like Crystal Waters, Drug Mules, or MacDuff’s Punch — a dark rum concoction with Amaretto, coconut rum, grenadine, and orange and pineapple juice. Whether you are in the mood for something smooth or sharp, neat or mixed, patrons can unwind with their drink of choice.
